How fast can someone start?
Once you have interviewed and picked your person they can start within 24 hours* see start time note. Senior or niche roles may take longer.
How do you vet people?
Skills tests and live interviews before anyone reaches you, and we check references. Then you interview them yourself.
Can you replace the VA I have now?
Yes. We scope the role with you and help hand over work in progress so the switch is smooth.
How does your team use AI?
We encourage everyone to use AI platforms to draft and research faster. Your person still owns the work and you decide how things get done.
Will you change my workflows without asking?
No. Our staff follow your direction, and our consulting team only puts changes in place after you approve them.
I don't have time to train someone.
Your person writes down your processes as they learn them and we help with onboarding. Most owners spend a few hours in the first week and much less after that.
Can I get AI consulting without hiring staff?
Yes. Consulting is a separate service. Retainers start at $149 a month with a $499 Growth plan above it. Bigger projects get their own structure.
Is my data safe?
Everyone we place signs an NDA and only gets access to what the job needs. If you have specific privacy requirements we can walk through them on a call.
Do I manage them or do you?
You direct the work day to day. We handle payroll and HR, and your client success manager looks after everything else on our side.
Who do I work with day to day at delegateit?
You get a dedicated client success manager. They are your one named point of contact for onboarding, regular check-ins and feedback. What is your satisfaction guarantee?
If your offshore hire isn't working out we replace them and recruit someone new, and we keep at it until you are fully happy with your team. It covers your staff placement only. It is a replacement promise and does not include refunds of fees already paid.
Can I hire someone part time?
Yes. Part time is priced by how many hours a week you need and we quote it based on your situation. Get a quote.
Is there a long contract?
No. Everything is month to month and you can cancel with 30 days notice.
